Gina Joy Carano was a mixed martial arts athlete also an actress, and fitness model. She started her career as an Muay Thai fighter before becoming The Face of Women's MMA. With 12 victories under her name, she has a remarkable Muay Thai track record. It's the first time an American woman has been awarded the Muay Thai title in Thailand. When she was growing up she was a ballet jazz tap and gymnastics. She was also a pro at volleyball, basketball and softball. Additionally, she is trained in Jiu-Jitsu as well as wrestling. The span of her MMA professional career includes seven wins with one losing. She's a huge MMA icon because of her combat skills, her calm personality, and stunning looks. In her role as an actress, she acted in blockbuster movies in Hollywood such as Haywire as well as Fast & Furious 6'. There was a lot of criticism about how she used her sex appeal to gain a foothold in her profession. This criticism didn't dampen her enthusiasm of success, and her admirers continue to show her love. A lot of people are inspired by her character, talent and determination.
