Noureen DeWulf was born on February 28, 1984, in New York City. Her entire life she showed a degree of curiosity about being a professional actor. When she studied at Boston University's School of the Arts of Boston University, Noureen began building the foundations for a successful career. Noureen started to apply for roles in various films. The film she auditioned for gave her a significant role in the film West Bank Story. West Bank Story debuted at Sundance Film Festival in 2005 and has been screened around all over the world. Also, it received the Oscar nomination in the category of Best Live Action Short Film at the 79th annual Academy Awards ceremony in 2007. It was the start of Noureen DeWulf's success. Noureen has since played in TV shows such as Girlfriends, Chuck and Outsourced.
