Also, she raised Kelly Curtis, Jamie Lee Curtis. Leigh was caught by actress Norma shearer and was offered a contract to work for MGM in the late 1940s. Her role as Norma was featured in several popular films over time, like Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho which was released in 1960 as well as Living It Up, a Martin and Lewis film released in 1954.
