Arike Ogunbowale

Arike ogunbowale (born 2nd April 1985) is an American professional basket ball player. She is a player for the Dallas Wings and the Women's National Basketball Association. She played basketball in college with the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. The Wings drafted her with the fifth pick of the 2019 WNBA. Arike Ogunbowale's father and mother Yolanda Ogunbowale & Gregory Ogunbowale were born March 2nd, 1997 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Mario Ogunbowale (26) and Dare Ogunbowale(20) are her brothers. Since she was the eldest of her siblings, her parents treated her to the very best treatment. Gregory was a Nigerian Army officer for a length of time. Ogunbowale grew up in a bustling family. FIBA U17 World Championship, and the 2013 FIBA 3x3 U18 Championship. She was named to the 7th July roster of 2014 and was named to the 2014 USA Youth Olympic Women's Basketball Team. Ogunbowale was also named to the ACC All-Freshman Team following her first year of collegiate basketball.
