Abbie Cornish (born 7 August 1982) is an Australian actor from Australia. Cornish is well known for her roles in films as Heidi In Somersault (2004) as Heidi Somersault (2004) Fanny Brawne in Bright Star (2009) Sweet Pea in Sucker Punch (2011) Lindy in Limitless (2011) Clara Murphy in RoboCop (2014) as Sarah in Geostorm (2017) and for the film she co-directed with director Martin McDonagh in Seven Psychopaths (2012) and three Billboards outside Ebbing, Missouri (2017). Cornish received the first Screen Actors Guild Award in the cast of this film. Betty Gilpin.........................American actress Betty Gilpin was fortunate to have both of her parents be professional actors. Her father was Jack Gilpin star of such films like Adventureland (2009) and her mother was Ann McDonough of The Mothman Prophecies (2002) and various other movies. With the love and encouragement of her parents made the choice to pursue acting an easy one for the teenager Betty Gilpin. Fordham College was her first choice once it came time to go to the college of her dreams. The college was where she learned to perfect her craft. After graduation Gilpin began acting in Off-Broadway productions while auditioning for roles in TV and film. Gilpin was able to land a tiny role for herself in Ghost Town 2008 and The Northern Kingdom (2009). In addition, she appeared on NBC's Law & Order: Criminal Intent from 2001-2011. Gilpin landed mostly TV role-playing roles during subsequent years. However, her biggest break in 2013 when she was asked to play an actress on Nurse Jackie. Gilpin portrayed the character Dr. Carrie Roman Gilpin in 34 episodes, before Nurse Jackie's season ended June of 2015. Gilpin was also a part of the crime thriller True Story (2015).
