Anne Phung Nguyen

Hello, my name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am a Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in gorgeous Orange County California with my wonderful husband JP and extremely happy Dad Henry. Many people recognize me on Instagram, where I chronicle my journey - from the ups to the downs. My parents brought me to America in 1990, when I was just a year old. I would not be able to share my story to you now without my parents' efforts to work hard and make sacrifices. Being aware of the possibility to have a brighter future, I aimed to impress them and had a clear vision for achievement. It was my plan to study, graduate and get an employment that was good. And then I wanted an empathetic wife and children. My goal was to go to university, graduate and get an employment in a corporation. After that, I'd marry then buy a house, and have kids. But life had different plans. The job I held in 2013 was one I had a fear of. Status and money did not bring me joy. I thought I wasted my existence to get a pay check. As I navigated my way to a new job, I realized that I was supposed to work as a personal trainer. I was a fan of exercise, I loved being social and I enjoy helping others. In this year, I am celebrating the 7th year anniversary of my business. In 2014, I started my own company. There are very few Asian women are employed in the world of fashion. My goal is to become a catalyst in the industry to provide high-quality coaching that allows people to live a more healthy and happier them by creating the most sustainable life that meets their individual goals and needs. In addition, I strive to inspire others to pursue their goals and dreams and achieve anything they wish to do. My career exploded as I experienced the greatest successful times of my life. My mother passed away at the same time that my professional life began to fall off. Her eight-year battle with Scleroderma is over and she rests in Heaven. Her memory will forever be in my heart and my mind. The universe has a way with giving us precisely what we require, even when we're unable to comprehend the lesson in the moment. The passing of my mother has altered my life in a variety of ways. I believe my death provided me with the opportunity to begin the next chapter. When she passed away on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was time for her to begin her next life and for me to have my second chance at living an enjoyable, fulfilling and fulfilling life. In my 30's, it is the first time I really feel that I'm alive. My life is shared to you with the hope that you'll be able to connect with my words and experiences for you to feel secure knowing that you're not alone, for you to know that you are more than capable of whatever you put your heart into. the fact that real love is there and therapy is normal and needed that health truly is your greatest form of wealth. It is my prayer that you experience life at your best and never have regrets about your final days. Death is our only guarantee in the world.
